Buena Vista neighborhood is bounded to the north by 8th Street East, to the south by Taylor Avenue. The western boundary is the South Saskatchewan River, and the eastern boundary is Broadway Avenue.

This neighborhood has an elderly population for the most part, the age is over 65, as well the housing has been built prior to 1945. The income range is between $30,000 and $60,000.
