[edit] Category:Buddhism

I'm wondering around the wisdom of including Category:Buddhism in this template. All the articles which uses this template will automatically be placed in the catebory which is rather large. --Salix alba (talk) 13:57, 23 January 2006 (UTC)

Definitely not a good idea. - Nat Krause(Talk!) 04:55, 11 April 2006 (UTC)
I see that it has long since been removed; however, some of the pages still show up in Category:Buddhism because of some sort of cacheing. That problem should resolve itself in time. - Nat Krause(Talk!) 04:56, 11 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Color Scheme

For the sake of "branding"/consistency, I'm somewhat inclined to modify this template's color scheme to match the recently modified color scheme of the Template:Buddhism article. If so, this template would then go from looking like this:

Buddha in a lotus Buddhism Buddha in a lotus
Terms and concepts History Schools and sects People By region and country
List of topics Timeline Temples Texts Culture
Portal
v  d  e

To looking something like this (with some textual condensation) perhaps:

Buddha in a lotus

Buddhism

Buddha in a lotus

Concepts
Topics

History
Timeline

Schools
Texts

People

Culture
Temples

Any objections? If none identified in the two weeks or so, I'll go ahead and make the change. Thanks! Larry Rosenfeld (talk) 22:10, 21 January 2007 (UTC) P.S. I am concerned that somehow I made this template taller -- can anyone shrink it back down in terms of height ;-)
