Budince is a village and municipality in Michalovce District in the Kosice Region of eastern Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1332.

The village lies at an altitude of 106 metres and covers an area of 1.964 km². It has a population of about 220 people.

The population is almost entirely Slovak in ethnicity.
