Buddy Emmons (born January 27, 1937) is an American pedal steel guitarist.
Emmons' father was a guitarist and introduced the pedal steel guitar to his son, who started playing the lap steel guitar i 1948, age 11.
He founded the Sho-Bud steel guitar company, together with Shot Jackson.
