Buddy's Song

Buddy's Song (1990) is a film starring Chesney Hawkes, Billy Murray, Lee Ross and Roger Daltrey, based on the novel by Nigel Hinton.

It is about a young boy, Buddy Clark (Hawkes) who is determined to make it as a pop star, aided by his father Terry (Daltrey).

The movie was accompanied by a soundtrack album, which featured Hawkes' hit "The One and Only".

The film was a sequel to the 1986 television series Buddy, which starred Daltrey in the same role.
