Budakeszi (German: Wudigess) is a town in Pest county, Hungary, about 10 km from Budapest.

Buda is the western side of Budapest, Keszi was one of the seven ancient Hungarian tribes.

The town is located to the West from Budapest, the distance from the "0 km" sign is 12 km.

Most of the citizens go to work every morning to the capital. With mass transportation (No. 22 bus or Volánbusz intercity bus) this normally takes ca. 15 minutes.

The town has a catholic and a protestant church and also a Jewish cemetery (19th–20th centuries). The surrounding hills are ideal for tourists, near the town there is an airfield for sail planes (gliders) and for small planes.
