Budča (Hungarian: Zólyombúcs) is a village and municipality of the Zvolen District in the Banská Bystrica Region of Slovakia

In historical records, the village was first mentioned in 1254. In the 14th century it belonged to Dobrá Niva. Between the 15th and the 16th century it suffered for the war climate. In 1599 and in 1626 it was besieged by Turks.
