Buck O'Brien

Thomas Joseph (Buck) O'Brien (May 9, 1882 - July 25, 1959) was a starting pitcher in Major League Baseball who played for the Boston Red Sox (1911-1913) and Chicago White Sox (1913).

A native of Brockton, Massachusetts, O'Brien batted and threw right handed. He debuted on September 9, 1911, and played his final game on August 6, 1913.

In a three-season career, O'Brien posted a 29-25 record with 204 strikeouts and a 3.29 ERA in 432 innings pitched.

O'Brien died in Boston, Massachusetts, at age 77.
