BTK may refer to:

  • Dennis Rader, the self-proclaimed "BTK killer" (BTK is a self-imposed moniker standing for "Bind, Torture, and Kill"). He confessed in 2005 to the serial killing of 10 people in the Wichita, Kansas area from 1974 to 1991.
  • A song from Suffocation on their album Suffocation.
  • Born To Kill - Canal Street Boys, a Vietnamese criminal gang in New York.
  • Bacillus thuringiensis kurstaki, a strain of Bacillus thuringiensis controversial for its widespread use as an aerial spray against invasive gypsy moth populations.
  • the Bulgarian Telecommunications Company, abbreviated as БТК in Cyrillic and sometimes transliterated as BTK
