Bryan Cave is an international law firm based in St. Louis, Missouri, USA. Founded in 1873 as King, Phillips & Stewart, it is one of the 35 largest law firms in the world. Its partners include former US Senators Jack Danforth and Alan Dixon and former New York Mayor Ed Koch. The firm was among the first to conduct substantial business in the Middle East (1976) and has been licensed in Shanghai since the mid 1990s.

The firm also has offices in Chicago; Hong Kong, Irvine, California; Jefferson City, Missouri; Kansas City, Missouri (the largest tenant in One Kansas City Place, Missouri's tallest building); Kuwait City; Leawood, Kansas; London; Los Angeles; New York City; Phoenix, Arizona; Shanghai; southern Illinois; and Washington, DC.

The firm substantially increased its size when it merged with the well respected mid-size New York City firm Robinson, Silverman, Pearce, Aronsohn and Berman on July 1, 2002, thereby creating a New York office with 230 lawyers. Since then, the firm has grown to approximately 800 lawyers.

The chairman of the firm is Don G. Lents, who works from the St. Louis office.
