[edit] Bruker-AXS
Bruker-AXS provides X-ray analysis tools such as single-crystal diffractometers, materials research diffractometers, and x-ray fluorescence equipment. Bruker-AXS was formerly the Siemens X-ray instruments group prior to its acquisition by Bruker Biosciences in 1997. For several years their equipment was marketed under both the Siemens and Bruker brand names. In 2005, Bruker-AXS acquired Roentec, a developer of x-ray microanalysis peripherals for electron microscopes.
[edit] Bruker Daltonics
Bruker Daltonics supplies time-of-flight mass spectroscopy tools targeted to life science applications. Bruker Daltonics is currently partnered with Proteogenix to develop high-throughput mass spectrometers for biomarker discovery applications.
