Bruised But Not Beaten was set to be the second full length Jank 1000 release. The CD was not officially released due to complications that formed between the band members, eventually leading to the break up of Jank 1000. Only a small handful of copies exist and it is probable that they were given to direct friends and family of the band.

Another song, previously featured on Suckapunch Records's "Hit 'Em Where It Counts Compilation" entitled "I'm Here, You're There" was also intended to make the album.
