Bruche Police National Training Centre

The Bruche Police National Training Centre is a training center for police officers in the United Kingdom. The National Police Training in Bruche, Warrington is operated by CENTREX the 'Central Police Training and Development Authority'. Police forces from the northern part of England and Wales send new recruits to this training centre for basic stage 2 foundation training.
The forces that send officers to Bruche are:

- South Yorkshire Police
- West Yorkshire Police
- North Yorkshire Police
- Greater Manchester Police
- Lancashire Constabulary
- Cumbria Constabulary
- Merseyside Police
- Cheshire Constabulary
- Northumbria Police
- British Transport Police
- Humberside Police
- Cleveland Police
Other police forces send the recruits to Ashford in Kent, Ryton in Coventry and Cwmbran in South Wales, all these sites are currently operated by CENTREX on behalf of the Home Office, in April 2006 these training centres will cease to operated due to a new training system coming in to place within the police service.
