Bruce Hall (born 3 May 1953, Champaign, Illinois) is the bass guitarist for the rock and roll band REO Speedwagon since 1978, making his first appearance on their album, You Can Tune A Piano But You Can't Tuna Fish released that year. He replaced original bassist, Gregg Philbin.

He has been lead vocalist on a few of their songs, including "Back On the Road Again" and "Someone Tonight".
