Bruce Fitzpatrick

Francis Bruce Fitzpatrick is a named partner of Lockington, Lawless, Fitzpatrick law firm in Peterborough, Ontario, and is the PC Party Candidate in that riding for the upcoming provincial election.
Fitzpatrick was educated at Texas Christian University, the University of Toronto (B.A. - 1983) and Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario (LL.B - 1986). He was called to the Bar in 1988.
From 1988 to 1992 Fitzpatrick practiced law in Toronto. In January of 1993 Fitzpatrick moved back to his hometown of Peterborough to form Lockington, Lawless, Fitzpatrick LLP.
In 2000, Fitzpatrick was elected President of the Peterborough Progressive Conservative Electoral District Association and remained in that post until 2006.
In 2003, Fitzpatrick was named campaign manager for then incumbent MPP Gary Stewart for the October election.
In 2006, Fitzpatrick was acclaimed as the Progressive Conservative candidate for Peterborough riding for the October 2007 provincial election. He was the first non-incumbent candidate selected by the party for that election.
Fitzpatrick is married to fellow lawyer Karen Sisson. Together they have three sons.
