Bruce B is the stage name of Jason Land (born April 20, 1982 in Windsor, Ontario), a Canadian rapper. He made his debut in early 1997 on True Independence, a compilation of Windsor artists on Shut 'em Down Records.

After leaving Shut 'em Down Records in 1999, he partnered with Reveal, and formed the group Black Listed. Together they produced Ontario's Finest, featuring the hits "Come Get Some" and "Bump".

However, the duo restricted his independence, so in September 2001, Bruce founded R.A.W. Records. Now as the owner of his own label, Bruce signed LeeRoc and the two formed the group currently known as IMC. IMC released the album Perfect Chemistry, which features the singles "Tear It Up" and "Infinite Bars". In 2002 R.A.W. Records released Bruce's first solo project, the album Ready and Willin'.

Soon after, he decided to add variety to the label's sound and signed local R&B singers D. Smith and Victoria Z. In 2003, he also signed local luminaries Nekos and J-Rize of the group X.E. to the R.A.W. label. Later in the year, they released Street Value which proved to be extremely successful.

Bruce's projects didn't stop there, he joined forces with Windsor rapper Kannibalistik on the Formation of the Cult compilation, which broadened his fan base and had huge internet success.
