This image, Brokeback_mountain.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I, Francesco Franco aka Lacatosias feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it is a low resolution copy of a movie poster;
it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the movie or poster in any way;
copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the movie on a CD;
the image on the cover is significant because it represents the artist in one of his roles discussed in the text.

There is discussion of the poster, comparing it to the poster for Titanic (1997 film).
