[edit] game server browsers

I am not sure what to do about that one: Many Game Server Browsers also support other content like scanning for Music, Download-Servers, Teamspeak-Servers and so on. Should we open a general category "resource server browser" and place some game server browsers in it as a start? (e.g. qstat can search/scan/list/join Voice-Com-Servers, qtracker can search/scan/list/join Internet-Radio). Most likely there are similiard tools which have little to do with game server browsers although I don't recall one right now.

A good name should be "resource browser" or "general resource server browser". Its a bit stupid because while we have a lot of products which fit in this category it actually has no name itself. Even the "older" category "game server browser" was more or less named by the need to name a category, before this cathegory was named noone has ever used the word.Crass Spektakel 21:57, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
