Broughton-in-Amounderness

Broughton-in-Amounderness is a civil parish in Preston, Lancashire.
The village of Broughton is to the north of the M55 motorway interchange near the Fulwood district of Preston. Broughton and neighbouring Haighton are parts of the rural enclaves bordering the Ribble Valley.
The hundred of Amounderness included Bispham, Blackpool, Broughton, Chipping, Cockerham, Garstang, Kirkham, Knott End-on-Sea, Lancaster, Mitton, Pilling, Preesall, Poulton-le-Fylde, Preston, and Ribchester.
