Brooklyn Underground Film Festival

The Brooklyn Underground Film Festival is an annual showcase of typically low-budget, under-distributed and/or amateur videos and metavideos. Over the last few years, the festival has been held in late April in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York.

The festival was founded in 2002 by graduates of Pratt Institute, Josh Koury, Myles Kane, and Cris Moris. It is funded in part by a growing number of local businesses.
The Brooklyn Underground Film Festival proudly continues its tradition of being one of New York's premier festivals for new and emerging filmmakers to showcase their films.
