Brooke Elizabeth Angus is a beauty queen from Essex, Vermont who has competed in the Miss USA 2002 and Miss World 2006 pageants.

Angus won her first major title in late 2001 when she became Miss Vermont USA 2002. She represented Vermont at the Miss USA 2002 pageant held in Gary, Indiana, but failed to place. The pageant was won by Shauntay Hinton of the District of Columbia.

After giving up her title Angus twice competed in the Miss Vermont pageant but failed to place in both, although she won a non-finalist interview award in 2005 and a non-finalist swimsuit award in 2006. [1] ref>Turn for the Judges, Miss Vermont 2006 profile (accessed 2006-09-06)</ref>

In August 2006 it was announced that she would represent the United States at the Miss World 2006 pageant. No Miss US World pageant was held because there was not enough interest to support a national competition. She succeeds Lizette Diaz as the representative of the United States in the international pageant; Diaz was first runner-up at Miss California USA 2006.

At the time she competed in Miss USA Angus was a full time Art History student at Fordham University in New York.[2]
