Broadway at the Beach

Broadway at the Beach is a shopping center located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Since its inception in 1996, it has grown to be one of Myrtle Beach's premier shopping destinations. The site is built upon 350 acres, which includes 3 hotels, 11 nightclubs, 20 restaurants, 15 attractions, and over 100 specialty stores, all surrounding a 23-acre lake created from the drainage of the former Withers Swamp.

During the Bi-Lo Marathon in February, the park is used for the course for the Friday 5k run, and forms the second to fourth miles of the marathon course.
