Is this Bristol named after Bristol, UK? If so, it should be mentioned in the article.Rayray 11:43, 22 August 2005 (UTC)

It was first named New Bristol, so it very well might have been. I'm unsure though. Perhaps the bristol historical society can touch this information up. --Alt 23:03, 22 January 2006 (UTC)


The song, "The Bristol Stomp" is named for this town. That should be mentioned somewhere.
