THIS ARTICEL NEEDS HELP! I tried to add some stuff...alot was reworded from the Elizabeth Smart article itself. Please do what you can, try to re-word some more or whatever. Dbraceyrules 04:46, 18 May 2005 (UTC)

I'll work on this article as I have some time. I'm new to Wiki, but I know the case pretty well. I think this can become a useful, relevant article--especially if we can get the case concluded!--SLCFD876 22:19, 1 August 2006 (UTC)

Added category polygamists. I'm sure many will find this controversial, as he was never legally married to Smart. However, he considered himself to be married to her. Modern polygamists in the U.S. are never "legally" married to the second and subsequent spouses, who are often, incidently, minors, incapable of consent. Dr U 09:02, 4 September 2006 (UTC)
