Brittany Hodges Marsino was a fictional character on the US soap opera The Young And The Restless. She was portrayed by actress Vanessa Lee Evigan briefly from 1999 to 2000 and by Lauren Woodland from 2000 to 2005.

Raul Guittierez (David Lago), Billy Abbott (David Tom), Mackenzie Browning (Ashley Bashioum), J.T. Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill), Rianna Miner (Rianna Miner/Alexis Thorpe) and Brittany Hodges were friends as they attended Walnut Grove Academy. When Brittany was first introduced she was dating J.T. She came from a rich family, her father Frederick (John H. Martin) being a banker. However her parents were busy with their own lives and careers, so Brittany spent more time away from home than not.

When she first met Billy, Brittany saw her chance, dumped J.T. and snagged the Jabot Cosmetics heir Billy Abbott as her boyfriend. Billy bragged of his experience with drinking, partying and girls while living in New York City. One evening J.T. invited everyone to a party at a house he was house-sitting. Raul showed up in time to save best friend Billy's life when he suffered alcohol poisoning and collapsed in the snow, as Brittany nor J.T. were willing to call 911 and get themselves in trouble. After failing to save Billy's life herself, Brittany lost favor with Billy's protective mother Jill (Jess Walton). Billy soon dumped Brittany for Mac.

After many romantic disappointments, Brittany met Bobby Marsino (John Enos), a handsome Italian man who ran local strip club Marsino's. Bobby encouraged Brittany to take a job singing at his club, and eventually she agreed to strip as well. After she was electrocuted at the club by ememies from Bobby's past, Brittany and Bobby fell in love. Despite strong opposition from Brittany's friends and family, Brittany married the older man. The two had a son, Joshua, but they were then torn apart when Bobby was forced to go into the witness protection program because of mobsters who wanted him dead. It was initially agreed that Brittany would later join Bobby, but Brittany soon got a phone call saying that Bobby had been murdered.

Heartbroken, Brittany took baby Joshua and went to New York to begin a new life with her formerly-estranged parents.
