The 25th Army Tank Brigade was a 2nd Line Territorial Army Tank Brigade.

The unit was formed on September 3, 1939. On May 28, 1940 it was converted to the 2nd Motor Machine Gun Brigade and then to the 25th Tank Brigade on June 1, 1942.
It fought in North Africa during the Tunisian campaign and in Italy. It was part of the British First Army and then the British Eighth Army.
