This article is about the 2005 season of the Brisbane Broncos. It is the 18th season in which the Broncos competed.

Round 1 the Brisbane Broncos got their revenge for thier 2004 Semi-Final loss to the North Queensland Cowboys, defeating them 29-16. Melbourne Storm gave the Brisbane Broncos their biggest defeat in the club's history with a 50-4 rampage in Round 4 (It was the first time ever the Brisbane Broncos conceded 50 points). Then the following week the Brisbane Broncos scored 54 points when they beat Parramatta Eels 54-14. From Round 5 to Round 15 the Brisbane Broncos won 10 games straight. Then from Round 22 to Semi Final the Brisbane Broncos lost 7 games straight.
