Brigham Circle is a stop on the E branch of the MBTA's Green Line in Boston, MA. Along with the Longwood Station, it is the closest stop to Harvard Medical School, the Harvard School of Public Health and the rest of the Longwood Medical and Academic Area, all of which are reachable via a short walk from the station.
Located at the corner of Tremont and Huntington, Brigham Circle is a part of the Mission Hill neighborhood and is the closest commercial center, with a grocery story, drug stores, bistros, banks and taverns.
The station is named for the Peter Bent Brigham Hospital (now a wing of the larger Brigham and Women's Hospital), which stands at one side of the circle. Brigham and Women's extends away from the circle up Francis Street to the north; the area to the northeast is taken up by Harvard facilities.
