Brigadier Gerard Stakes

The Brigadier Gerard Stakes is a Group 3 flat horse race in the United Kingdom for four-year-old and above thoroughbreds run over a distance of 1 mile 2 furlongs and 7 yards (2,018 metres) at Sandown Park Racecourse in late May or early June.

It is named in honour of Brigadier Gerard, a British flat racehorse who won 17 of his 18 races, including the Two Thousand Guineas in 1971.
