[edit] History and powers
An outgoing yet eccentric Ranger who always seen wearing leather gloves to dampen his empathic powers, Bridge is one of the original three B-Squad Rangers along with Syd and Sky. He is also the first known Jewish Power Ranger. Because of his eccentric personality, many people dismiss Bridge as not being too bright due to his habit of using adjectives as sentences (most famous being his use of the word "Buttery" when trying to offer toast to his teammate Z). However, Bridge has shown in numerous situations that he possesses a great deal of intelligence, which he credits to his habit of standing on his head.(he also gave a reason to Boom one episode saying like blood the ideas go to his head quicker and absorbs them quicker) He appears slow at times but is a master mechanic and computer genius, and showed a high level of detective insight when he took down the bank robber Hydrax. He also acted as mentor for D-Squad Cadet and cyborg Sophie.
Like the rest of the B-Squad Rangers, Bridge possesses super-powers. Bridge's powers are the psychic ability to detect and trace the location of evil. However, in order to use these powers, Bridge must remove his leather gloves and use his bare hands to focus the power (which can be a clue of why Bridge is shown to be wearing leather gloves 24-7, so as to keep his power under control). Bridge has also shown signs of limited precognitive powers, in the form of visions in his head when he sleeps, and in one episode was shown picking up on people's thoughts.
His assigned S.P.D. number is 3.
At the end of "Endings, Part 2", Sky was promoted to Red Ranger after Jack left S.P.D. Bridge was promoted as well, becoming the new Blue Ranger.
[edit] Trivia
- Bridge embodies the traits of two members from Dekaranger, Sen/DekaGreen (his counterpart) and Jasmine/DekaYellow.
