Brian Patrick Sikorski (born 27th July 1974 in Detroit, Michigan) is a baseball relief pitcher who plays for the Cleveland Indians franchise.

Although Sikorski made his MLB debut in 2000, he didn't play another game in the big leagues until 2006. He played professional baseball in Japan for five years, most recently in 2005 for the Yomiuri Giants. He currently holds the Japanese record for most appearances.

The Indians acquired Sikorski in a trade July 18, 2006, by sending right-handed pitcher Mike Adams to the San Diego Padres.

Sikorski attended Western Michigan University and obtained a degree in criminology. Brian was drafted in the fourth round of the 1995 amateur entry draft by the Houston Astros.
