Brian Seiken

"Beautiful" Brian Seiken is a competitive eater from Brooklyn, NY, and a ranked member of the International Federation of Competitive Eating.
Seiken is the undisputed IFOCE Pickle-Eating Champion, and is continually striving to reach on a top 12 spot in the rankings. A powerful performance in the 2004 corned beef and cabbage contest caused many to rethink his position in the pack. Seiken also recently placed in watermelon and downed an impressive 47 chicken nuggets at Madison Square Garden match against Tim Janus and Sonya Thomas. He competed in canollis, tacos and pumpkin pies (despite a stomach bug).
