Brian McGinlay

Brian Mc Ginlay (born August 24, 1945). Is a retired football referee. from Scotland. He is known for have refereed one match in the 1980 UEFA European Football Championship that was between Greece and West Germany in Turin. He also officiated the football tournament at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California.
