Brian Hicks is a 28-year-old alleged Crips gang member. He was the owner of the impounded vehicle in connection with the shooting of former Denver Bronco player Darrent Williams on January 1, 2007. Hicks was already incarcerated awaiting trial for attempted murder and drug charges. Other associates of Hicks have been questioned in the shooting.
