Brian Hall (born on June 5, 1961) is an American soccer referee from northern California. He has been a FIFA referee since 1992 [1]. He refereed in the 2002 FIFA World Cup. He has also been named MLS Referee of the Year in 2003, 2005, and 2006[2].
