Dr. Brian Gibbons, Assembly Member for Aberavon (May 1999 - ), was appointed Welsh Assembly Government Minister for Health & Social Services in 2005. He worked as a General Practitioner in partnership with Dr. Julian Tudor Hart, at Glyncorrwg in the Afan Valley, South Wales.
