Thanks so much for nominating me, but I'm afraid I haven't the time (nor do I believe I am qualified) for such a position. For now I'd like to contribute in my minor ways as best I can. All the best! --Allstar86 02:22, 14 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Only a link
I don't know why you have reverted a simple link with spanish wikipedia about the same topic... please, es:Tercera orden de San Francisco in the Tertiaries.
[edit] Revert
Just wondering why you reverted the edit I made here [1] without any explanation. In almost all the times I've seen this userbox template used, there has been more than one userbox, making the plural "Userboxes" more appropriate than "Userbox". --Tim 19:30, 15 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] VandalProof 1.2 Now Available
After a lenghty, but much-needed Wikibreak, I'm happy to announce that version 1.2 of VandalProof is now available for download! Beyond fixing some of the most obnoxious bugs, like the persistent crash on start-up that many have experienced, version 1.2 also offers a wide variety of new features, including a stub-sorter, a global user whitelist and blacklist, navigational controls, and greater customization. You can find a full list of the new features here. While I believe this release to be a significant improvement over the last, it's nonetheless nowhere near the end of the line for VandalProof. Thanks to Rob Church, I now have an account on test.wikipedia.org with SysOp rights and have already been hard at work incorporating administrative tools into VandalProof, which I plan to make available in the near future. An example of one such SysOp tool that I'm working on incorporating is my simple history merge tool, which simplifies the process of performing history merges from one article into another. Anyway, if you haven't already, I'd encourage you to download and install version 1.2 and take it out for a test-drive. As always, your suggestions for improvement are always appreciated, and I hope that you will find this new version useful. Happy editing! --AmiDaniel (talk) 02:09, 21 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Transvolution
Hi, I thought you would like to know that I've nominated the above article for deletion at AfD. I previously prod'ed it, and an anonymous contributor removed the prod template. You reverted the removal of my prod and nominated it for speedy deletion, but according to WP:PROD, after an editor removes a prod tag it should go to AfD. If you wish to participate in the discussion, the nomination is located at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Transvolution. Regards, Accurizer 00:49, 24 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] How do I get the Image copyright right!?!
I want to add the image for "Ernie Parsons", the file name is: parsons.jpg, to Wiki with the correct Copyright information.
Dalton McGuinty's web page has the tag of: Template:OntarioCopyright which would be appropriate for Ernie Parsons. The Government of Ontario web page explictly states what Wiki also explained. That I can post material from their webpage granted that: a) It was for non-commercial purposes (check!) b) Proper credit was given (check!)
But Wiki keeps stating that it is not properly tagged for copyright's.
If I mark the photo as "no copyright" then Wiki states that anyone can reuse the photo for commerical or non-commerical purposes.
