Brent Severyn

Brent Severyn (Born February 22, 1966 in Vegreville, Alberta) is a former professional hockey player in the NHL. Brent played for the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, Florida Panthers, Dallas Stars and the Quebec Nordiques-Colorado Avalanche franchise. He played hockey with them primary role as an enforcer.
Brent Severyn is currently the radio color analyst for the Anaheim Ducks.
Brent Severyn finished his career with 10 goals, 30 assists, and 815 Penalty Minutes (PIM). Brent was a member of the Stanley Cup winning Dallas Stars in 1999.
Brent Severyn is the President of Severyn Sports, a conglomerate focusing on the promotion of sports and business in the community.
There is Web site dedicated to the on-air phrasology of Brent Severyn called Severynisms.com
Brent is the older brother of Darryn Severyn.
