Brendle's was a chain of catalog showrooms based in Elkin, North Carolina. Brendle's operated 31 catalog showrooms in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee. The company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in April 1996. Company officials ultimately decided to discontinue operations by the end of that year. [1]
