From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Break Every Rule Tour was Tina Turner's second worldwide concert tour. The 230-date tour kicked off in March of 1987 and ended in March of 1988 and was seen by over 4 million fans.[citation needed] Her world record-breaking Break Every Rule Tour show of 1988 held in a single night at the Maracana Soccer Stadium, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil was later released in video form on VHS and DVD. With this particular show alone, she entered the Guinness Book of World Records because she set the record of drawing 182,000 paying fans to a one-night show alone.
