Brainjogr was founded by Murali Vedula, Ph.D. in 2002. The mission of Brainjogr is to encourage all adults to develop brain fitness habits which will enable them to preserve mental agility as they age. To this end, Murali (aka Dr.V) recommends that you should not restrict yourself to left brain exercises crossword puzzles, Sudoku, etc. It is equally important to exercise the brain through right brain exercises like drawing, playing a musical instrument, etc. and to develop whole brain exercises that involve goals and visualization.

Murali has several engaging presentations on this topic. The most popular one is called "Brain Jogging" in which he emphasizes the importance of Wow! in daily living to make it memorable and to make it stick. He teaches a four week class called "Mind Aerobics" in which he covers memory principles, life style factors, memory techniques, and brain exercises for left brain, right brain, and whole brain. He also teaches a half-day workshop entitled "Mental Edging with Mind Aerobics."

Murali is a personable teacher who makes it fun to learn about brain fitness. He presents scientific facts in a tangible manner that can be applied in your daily life.
