I added this hoping it can be useful to quickly draft out new ideas in the project namespace.

Some pages it could have been applied to :

• Wikipedia:Deletion reform/Brainstorming
• Wikipedia:Checked edits brainstorming

... and now I'm testing it on Wikipedia:Recruiting Editors Brainstorming.

maybe once the brainstorming is over, the template can be stripped, and the ideas can be voted on. I dunno.
