I'm sorry, but we can't say PMDB is a liberal party, because it simply doesn't have an ideology! I know it sounds odd, but PMDB is, nowadays, a confederation of regional leaders. It's incorrect to say that the PMDB originates with MR8; MR8 joined the PMDB, as did all sorts of other left groups at various times (MR8 is simply the only one which stayed). Rafaelgr 00:03, 27 March 2006 (UTC)
