How is "Braeriach" pronounced? Should encyclopedia articles have that sort of information? --Falsifian 05:38, 2004 Nov 25 (UTC)

They probably should! Roughly it is Brair-reeach, with the ch prononced like in loch. I don't know how to trun that into those mystical charcters they use on here to explain pronunciation though!Grinner 11:07, Nov 25, 2004 (UTC)
Ok I have worked it out I think. Grinner 12:27, 5 September 2005 (UTC)
I've always thought it was [brei'riəx] or Brae-REEuch, the first syllable rhyming with hay and the stress on the second syllable, and have altered accordingly. This fits the Gaelic version of the name better as well. I'm only 90% sure of this however (the same goes for my edit of Sgor an Lochain Uaine). Blisco 21:36, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
