This is a photograph depicting Oklahoma Sooners Quarterback Brandon Daniels in action in 1997.

I scanned this image from the 1998 Athlon Sports Big XII Edition. It was taken by Brian Beard^[3], a sports photographer based in Wiscasset, ME. There are currently no other collegiate photographs of Daniels on the internet.

The use of this image is believe to not infringe on the Magazine's or freelance photographer's ability to profit from the magazine/image because is it low resolution, not suitable for print. This image is not replaceable as it depicts the subject of the article in a critical point in their career (that is, when they played college) and the subject no longer plays for the Oklahoma Sooners.
