Brandon Sutter

Brandon Sutter (born May 14, 1989, in Huntington, New York) is a Canadian junior ice hockey player. He currently plays for the Red Deer Rebels of the Western Hockey League.
Sutter is the part of the famous Sutter family. As a result of his dad's career, he grew up in Huntington, New York, Chicago and Red Deer. He is the son of Brent Sutter, the current coach of the Rebels. His cousin Brett is also on the team.
He is in his third season with the Rebels, and is expected to be a possible first-round selection in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft.
During the 2006-07 season, Brandon was selected to represent the WHL at the annual ADT Canada-Russian challenge. Additionally, he was selected to play in the 2007 CHL top prospects game in January 2007.
