Brad Slaight

Brad Slaight is an American actor, standup comedian and writer. According to his website [1] he has appeared on many television shows and films including a starring role on The Young and the Restless Some of his other credits from the IMDB are That's Funny, Love Chronicles,Second Cousin, Once Removed, starring as Psychic George Anderson on Unsolved Mysteries, Freshman Dorm, Haywire and Hellbent.

He is also a popular writer and has written for television and film. Brad is world renowned as a writer for his many stage plays which are published by Samuel French which include Class Action, Second Class, Sightings, High Tide, The Road Taken.

Brad grew up in Cedar Springs, Michigan which is about 20 miles north of Grand Rapids, Michigan. He graduated from Central Michigan University with a teaching degree and taught speech, drama, and English at Brandywine High School in Niles, Michigan for two years before moving out to Los Angeles to pursue a career in show business.

After arriving in California, Brad soon became a popular performer in local comedy clubs The Comedy Store, Improv, L.A. Cabaret, and Ice House as a standup and group performer. He started the famous comedy team Moving Violations and toured colleges, clubs, and casinos. He was also voted "Comedian of the Year" by Playboy.

He also stars as Meter Boy of The Diabetes Duo "Captain Glucose and Meter Boy" and will be appearing in an upcoming DVD. They have a website [2]
