Bradford Jackson (the second) is a voice actor who resides in the Dallas- Fort Worth area of Texas. He works for FUNimation. His most notable role is as Oolong (Dragon Ball) in Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, and Dragon Ball GT.
