Birthdate: July 14, 1969
Birth location: Ellendale, North Dakota

Brad Hanson was an American pornographic actor who appeared in gay pornographic movies.

He was born on July 14, 1969, in Ellendale, North Dakota, and lived until age 17 in Billings, Montana. He spent most of his twenties living in Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, working as a stripper at the legendary La Cage and Wet nightclubs in the shadow of the Capitol Building and next to Navy Yard. There he met a visiting porn star named Steve O'Donnell who suggested he move to Hollywood, CA and try out for gay porn films. Substance abuse problems slowed him down, but he eventually made it in 1999.

He appeared in a few films produced by All Worlds Video, Studio 2000, and Catalina Video, but worked mostly for Regiment Productions and in many films directed by Paul Barresi.

He appeared in one Gay Porn Awards-nominated scene in God Was I Drunk, directed by Chi Chi LaRue, paired with Chip Noll and Javier Duran. The 2000 nomination was for "Best Three-way", the same and only year he appeared in the Adam's Guide, the most reliable directory of gay male pornographic actors.

He appeared in the documentary film 101 Rent Boys. He was known for having started acting in porn at the unusually late age of 30, even though he was cast as a twink and was put in scenes with almost exclusively 18 to 23-year-old tops.

The last film in which he appeared was Down to Earth, (GAI Studios) in 2003, filmed in Palm Springs, CA of which Billy Brandt was the star. Retired from the industry, he still lives in Los Angeles, though now reclusively, according to acquaintances who say they have lost track of him completely. They also say that he had seemed to recover, surprisingly, from some or most of his addiction problems.
