Brac Systems

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Brac Systems, Inc., is a startup company in Montreal, Quebec, that manufactures and markets a residential greywater recycling system. Brac's system captures greywater from showers, bathtubs, and laundry washing machines, and supplies the water under pressure to flush the home's toilets. Based upon statistics from Environment Canada,[1] the company asserts that the use of their system will cut the average home's water consumption and sewage effluent by approximately one third.[2]

Owner Dennis Yasar[3] of Montreal founded the company in early 2005,[4] and has sold more than 250 units[4] worldwide, including North America, Australia, the Carribean, and Europe.[4][5]

Currently, Brac Systems is the only commercial mass producer of residential greywater recycling systems in North America.
